• April 3, 2025 - Notice of upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on April 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the building common room. Agenda and relevant documents will be circulated next week.
• March 28, 2025 - Scheduled maintenance for the building's elevators will take place between April 8th and April 10th. Expect temporary disruptions.
• March 20, 2025 - Reminder: Quarterly levy payments for Administration and Capital Works Funds are due on March 31, 2025. Please ensure timely payment.
